Job summary

Equinor UK Limited is seeking an experienced Offshore Authorized Technician to support operations at the Dudgeon offshore wind farm, based on an SOV with 14 days on/off and 12-hour shifts. You will apply fault analysis, SCADA expertise and rigorous safety practices to keep the assets healthy and compliant.

You will lead on-site toolbox talks, mentor junior technicians, coordinate with third-party contractors and ensure accurate SAP defect tracking and work release processes, while championing

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience at authorised technician level in Electrical/Electronic, Automation or Mechanical.
• Deep knowledge of SCADA/operating systems and data-driven fault analysis.
• Maintains authorized technician competence.
• Expert in fault finding on WTG platforms and OEM tools.
• Willing to train across WTG types (3.6 & 6MW DD).
• Strong commitment to safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain 6MW DD WTG.
• Lead toolbox talks and audits.
• Mentor training technicians.
• Record work and raise defects in SAP.
• Escort third-party contractors on site.
• Tool maintenance, management and reporting.
