Job summary

Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm is seeking a Marine Coordinator based at Wick to support offshore operations from the O&M base. You will coordinate vessel, helicopter and personnel movements, while acting as the primary contact during emergencies to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will monitor marine activity around the wind farm and support day-to-day operations, maintaining records and following Safe Systems of Work and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong knowledge of marine and vessel operations.
• Ability to interpret weather and sea-state information and assess impact on offshore ops.
• Strong communication and coordination with vessels and offshore personnel.
• Remain calm, organised and decisive under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Good computer/record-keeping skills; familiarity with Safe Systems of Work, maintenance systems or VHF.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel, helicopter and personnel movements to offshore wind farm.
• Act as primary contact during emergency situations with offshore teams and vessels.
• Monitor marine activity around the wind farm using radar and AIS.
• Support safe offshore operations following procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational and personnel information for the Control Room.
