Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced Marine Coordinator to support offshore wind projects. You will plan and coordinate marine activities, align with project, construction and operations teams, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of offshore tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating vessel requirements, logistics, and interfaces with operators and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with HSE and project standards on a long-term contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marine coordination or marine operations.
• Experience within offshore wind, offshore oil and gas or the wider maritime sector.
• Good understanding of vessel operations, offshore logistics and marine safety requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Coordinator to support an offshore wind developer with the planning and coordination of marine activities across its offshore wind projects.

Working closely with project, construction and operations teams, you will coordinate vessel requirements, marine logistics and contractor interfaces, ensuring offshore activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
