Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Subsea Integrated Services Coordinator to support planning and execution of offshore wellhead and Christmas tree projects. You will coordinate installation, commissioning, intervention, and abandonment activities and act as the main customer contact with Baker Hughes teams.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure equipment readiness, tooling availability, and effective communication with customers, while adhering to HSE standards and offshore safety

Qualifications

• Experience with subsea wellhead and Christmas Tree equipment.
• Ability to plan and coordinate offshore installation and commissioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and safe offshore execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore installation, commissioning, intervention, and abandonment activities.
• Act as primary customer focal point for planning and execution.
• Determine rental tooling, spare parts, and customer-owned equipment.
• Collaborate with Field Service Managers to identify manpower and pre-job prep.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, certified, and ready for use.
• Prepare tooling lists and support readiness reviews.
• Participate in pre-job planning meetings and debriefs; provide technical support.
