Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Field Specialist to support offshore cementing and drilling fluids activities from our Aberdeen offshore operations. You will execute cementing and service tool operations, ensuring safety and high-quality service delivery across well construction activities.

You will work with operations coordinators and offshore personnel to maintain operational excellence, perform testing, and support the wider offshore team.

Qualifications

• Experience with offshore cementing operations.
• Proven ability to perform pressure testing of surface equipment and barriers.
• Experience in mud treatment, fluid mixing and displacement processes.
• Strong focus on safety, procedures and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support offshore cementing operations per procedures.
• Conduct pressure testing of equipment and barriers prior to cementing.
• Prepare water, spacers and cement blends for offshore jobs.
• Set up and operate cementing equipment and service tools.
• Maintain quality records and ensure safety compliance.
