Noble Drilling seeks a seasoned environmental professional to promote and champion its environmental management system across global operations, including offshore rigs. The role drives regulatory compliance, incident reviews, and continuous improvement of environmental performance.

The ideal candidate has a BS in a related field with 5+ years in energy, deep regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in ISO/API standards, with travel up to 30%.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in related field or equivalent HSE and/or marine compliance experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in the energy industry with experience in maintaining a world-class environmental management system.
• Working knowledge of regulatory regimes and requirements including HSE, NOPSEMA, Havtil, USCG, EPA.
• Strong knowledge of environmental management standards (API, MARPOL, BWM, AFS, ISO).
• Travel is an essential job function (est. 30%).

Mansioni

• Promote and champion Noble's environmental management system for onshore and offshore employees.
• Monitor and supervise ISO 14000 management system effectiveness and provide input to leadership.
• Assist with development of programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit acquisition.
• Complete regulatory reporting and notifications as required.
• Liaise regarding environmental regulatory issues at regional and global level.
• Act as a point of contact for environmental inquiries from worldwide operations and HSE.
• Maintain inventory of hazardous materials (IHM) and coordinate annual submissions.
• Monitor emissions and waste tracking system; support environmental performance objectives.
• Develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures per regulations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in ISO14001 audits and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress and statistical reports; participate in industry committees.
