Job summary

Noble Corporation seeks an experienced MODU Barge Supervisor to lead marine operations and ensure compliance with well programmes and company policies. You will supervise ballasting, stability calculations and cargo transfers while maintaining equipment and crews to the highest safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Driller, Vessel crew and client representatives to avoid drilling delays and ensure timely, safe operations across offshore deployments globally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• MODU Barge Supervisor License or equivalent.
• OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS.
• Marine Section Leader training completion.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in offshore marine systems operation and management.

Responsibilities

• Bridge documents, emergency response plans and regulatory requirements as applicable to MODU operations.
• Maintain mandatory certifications per training matrix and system.
• Respond to emergencies as per MODU-specific Station Bill.
• Supervise and develop team performance.
• Act as PRLO for lifting operations and control of work.
