Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compile, review and organise project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Support management of NDE documentation, inspection reports, work instructions, commissioning documentation and mechanical completion dossiers.
• Monitor and maintain project punch lists, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers across multiple projects.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely information sharing.
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations and status updates.
• Maintain accurate project records while ensuring quality standards and internal procedures.
• Travel offshore as required to support project activities and gain hands-on experience with NOV equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and documentation processes.
