Baker Hughes is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead offshore FPS portfolio strategy and technology investments. You will shape product roadmaps, drive lifecycle management, and work with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maximize value.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, new product introductions, and market expansion, with travel to engage customers and partners globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Operations, Technology, or Technical Support roles.
• Experience working with product portfolios and lifecycle management processes.
• Strong customer relationships and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
• Ability to develop and execute product strategies.
• Experience managing complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Balance of strategic planning with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead lifecycle management across existing and new products and services.
• Drive technology investments, NPI, and service portfolio enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor portfolio performance and optimize profitability and market position.
• Represent Baker Hughes at industry events and customer meetings.
