Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist IV to lead offshore operations, install, maintain, and troubleshoot subsea equipment, and mentor field engineers at the worksite. You will coordinate offshore teams, ensure adherence to OSP/PRP, and maintain equipment inventories while delivering top-tier customer service.

You will become a key technical liaison between customers and onshore teams, providing guidance across multiple product categories and driving safe, efficient project execution

Formación

• Experience in field service, offshore installation, intervention, maintenance or similar operational environment.
• Proven ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Subsea wellheads and Xmas Tree Systems.
• Experience coordinating offshore teams and supporting customer-facing work.
• Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing, Extended FAT, System Integration Testing and System Readiness Testing.
• Strong communication of technical updates to customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical focal point for Baker Hughes at the customer worksite.
• Provide onsite technical guidance for installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Subsea Wellheads, X-Trees, Controls, Completions, and related equipment.
• Demonstrate competency in at least two product categories and provide SME support within your primary discipline.
• Lead offshore crews and mentor less experienced Field Service Engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Follow Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project Related Procedures (PRP).
• Manage inventory and oversee Baker Hughes equipment offshore.
