Baker Hughes is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead offshore FPS product strategy, lifecycle management, and technology investments. You will work with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maximize product value and support long-term growth.

You will drive portfolio health, define roadmaps, and coordinate market expansion while ensuring alignment with sustainability and performance goals. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Has 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Operations, Technology, or Technical Support.
• Experienced with product portfolios and lifecycle management processes.
• Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Is able to travel ~10–20% for work.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing product portfolio strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Leading lifecycle management across existing and new products and services.
• Managing portfolio budgets, timelines and financial performance.
• Collaborating with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive value.
• Representing Baker Hughes at customer meetings, industry events, and forums.
