Job summary

Civil Works Alliance is seeking a Package Manager for Heads to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering offshore/marine work packages within the Sizewell C project. You will manage subcontractors, drive schedules, and ensure safety, quality and value across the programme.

Essentially you will coordinate engineering, site activities and commercial interfaces, with a focus on zero harm and delivery within agreed time/cost constraints. The role is based in the Marine and Tunnels Section.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• CSCS card for managers and professionals required.
• Experience with developing programmes and schedules.
• Experience managing Subcontractors.
• >5 years experience on offshore/marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of agents, sub agents and engineers on a Sizewell C work package.
• Manage subcontractor delivery and associated budgets.
• Coordinate safety, risk, time, cost, and quality objectives to meet project requirements.
• Oversee programme development, scheduling and KPI tracking.
• Support the commercial team and client communications.
