Job summary

RES is seeking an experienced Field Expert Technician to deliver Offshore O&M services focused on fire systems, with duties including inspection, maintenance, and compliance to safety and contractual standards. The role supports onshore/offshore assets and may require off-hours calls and flexible working patterns.

The ideal candidate has offshore wind experience, HV/LV fault-finding skills, and NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and HV safety rules.
• Experience with fire suppression systems and offshore maintenance.

• Deliver offshore O&M services to wind energy assets on time and safely.
