Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery professional to manage end-to-end execution of multiple engineering/offshore projects from initiation through completion. The role requires coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, and logistics to achieve contractual, technical, and commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will develop project plans, manage risks, and drive delivery timelines while ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading complex equipment projects, including mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Strong interpretation of technical specs and planning abilities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large-scale projects.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution with safety focus.
• Lead commercial management: budgets, invoicing, forecasting, change control.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting systems.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and offshore personnel.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
