Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Project Manager to lead Energy projects in the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone. The role focuses on safe, on-time delivery within budget, with responsibility for contract programmes and client relationships.

Strong leadership of site teams and robust risk/cost controls are essential. Successful candidates will have relevant HNC/HND or NVQ Level 5 (or Degree) and a track record in complex multi-discipline projects.

Qualifications

Experience delivering oil and gas or major civils projects.
Experience in Project Management with large scopes of work.
Excellent stakeholder management and client/subcontractor relations.
Ability to manage contract programmes and budgets.

Responsibilities

Fully accountable for delivery of projects, ensuring safety, on time, within contract requirements and budget.
Set the overall standard on the projects/contract.
Ensure requirements are identified and delivered; resolve issues promptly.
Plan, review and deliver contract programmes; manage risks.
Line manage Site Managers and Section Managers; coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
Oversee commercial activities including gross margin and cost control.
