• Experience in a leadership role within the engineering function of a major UK contractor.
• Experience on substations, HV cable, transmission or heavy civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and design management processes.
• Proven ability to lead design and quality assurance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and promote Better Engineered initiatives within the business unit.
• Lead engagement with internal/external designers and supply chain partners.
• Form project delivery strategies for design engineering and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with design management policy and procedural requirements.
• Lead identification and mitigation of technical risks across projects.
• Drive Value Engineering and Innovation to improve time, cost, safety and carbon outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight and governance for engineering solutions.
