Job summary

Reach Subsea in Aberdeen seeks a proactive Crewing Coordinator to join the Crewing team. You will manage manning, rotations and competence for survey personnel, coordinating with Project Managers and Operations to ensure the right people are available for projects.

Applicants should have offshore crew coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Experience in survey, subsea or maritime sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manning and rotation planning for survey personnel.
Ensuring the right competence and personnel are available for projects.
Coordination with Project Managers, Operations and Crewing.
Monitoring man-years, availability, leave and rotations.
Recruitment and mobilisation of survey personnel.
Follow-up of certificates, training and competence requirements.
Communication and follow-up with offshore personnel.
Supporting efficient use of the survey workforce across projects.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulations.
