Job summary

Reach Subsea in Aberdeen seeks a proactive Crewing Coordinator to join the Crewing team. You will manage manning, rotations and competence for survey personnel, coordinating with Project Managers and Operations to ensure the right people are available for projects.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Crewing Coordinator to join the Reach Subsea Crewing team, in Aberdeen.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced and proactive Crewing Coordinator with a solid background in offshore crewing and personnel coordination. You understand the day-to-day challenges of coordinating offshore personnel and are comfortable adapting to changing operational and project requirements.

You are structured, solution-oriented and able to manage several priorities at once. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as you will work closely with both offshore personnel and project and operational teams.

You take ownership, work independently and take initiative when challenges arise. Experience from the survey, subsea or maritime industry will be an advantage.

You may have a college education within logistics, HR or a related field, or relevant experience from a similar role.
