ROVOP, a global subsea robotics specialist, seeks a Crewing Coordinator based in Aberdeen to manage offshore crew logistics and rotations, coordinating with project managers and scheduling travel.
You will handle visas, flights, accommodation, payroll queries, and training coordination, contributing to efficient operations and timely project delivery.
Applicants should have crewing or logistics experience in a service culture, be PC literate with MS Office, and work well in a collaborative team.

The Crewing Coordinator to be based in our Aberdeen office will be responsible for all aspects of ROV crewing and logistics as per project allocation. In addition, you will also assist in other tasks as directed to ensure the Operations department runs efficiently.
Key duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
You should have previous working experience in a similar role and experience within a "service company" culture. Additionally, you should have experience of contributing to a team and delivery against schedule driven targets and deadlines.
You must be PC literate with proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Experience of dealing with ad hoc offshore work is desirable.
The candidate should be personable and able to engage support and co-operation at all levels. With good communication, organisational skills and Presentation skills.
