Job description

Office Services Team Leader will be a ‘hands on' member of Office Services, providing administrative support to the Office Services Manager, line managing the team of Office Services Coordinators and delivering a high level of customer service by meeting the needs of the core business.

What you'll do

In this varied role, duties will include:

  • deputising for the Office Services Manager
  • managing the Office Services team of Coordinators
  • supply all reprographic requirements, printing banners, booklets etc.
  • driving duties when required
  • coordinate maintenance of Operations Centre pool vehicles
  • access card production and a full understanding of the system at a high level
  • meeting room prep and office moves
  • providing cover on Operations Centre front desk as required
  • monitoring andadministering the employee and visitor car parks.

  • good customer care skills and ability to deliver a high-quality service
  • willing to work flexibly, multi task, and act on initiative
  • good written and spoken communication skills
  • hard working and self-driven
  • ability to work in a methodical and well organised way
  • ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • ability to work well as part of a team and alone.
