A leading organization in adult social care seeks a Team Leader for its Chosen Care Supported Living services. The role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality client support, and promoting independent living for individuals with diverse needs. Salary: £13.47 per hour (£28,017.60 per annum)
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week
Service: Chosen Care Supported Living
We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to join our team at Chosen Care Supported Living.
Our supported living services deliver high-quality, person-centred support and enablement in a person's own home. Chosen Care's pathway focuses on ensuring continuity of support, collaborating with individuals to achieve their goals and meet their choices. Our team is trained to specialise in the diverse needs of those we support, such as profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and the use of various aids and hoists.
We currently have 12 supported living services in the Chosen Care portfolio and support four people through outreach.

As a Team Leader, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. You will be the front-line manager, whilst also ensuring all necessary back office duties are completed within compliance.
