Job Description

As the Office Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring efficient and smooth office operations
  • Coordinating with other departments for effective service delivery
  • Managing office budgets and expenses
  • Organising office maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Providing front-of-house presence within the building
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant in coordinating events
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing or assisting in managing an office or building
  • Health and safety training (training can be provided)
  • Excellent multitasking skills
