Office Sales Administrator - Driver Hire Oxford (OX4 1AH)

What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for managing the expectations and needs of both clients and candidates, working alongside passionate professionals committed to delivering excellent service.

As a successful candidate, you will be expected to:

  1. Oversee weekly invoicing and payroll, which is outsourced.
  2. Champion regulatory compliance within our quality-accredited operation.
  3. Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines under pressure.
  4. Deliver first-class service to customers and candidates.
  5. Generate sales from existing and new clients. Maintain customer relationships, meet or exceed expectations, and build loyalty through effective communication.
  6. Ensure all operatives are booked to specific jobs daily, checking bookings in the morning and afternoon.
  7. Maximize operatives' capacity, sourcing alternative work when gaps occur in the schedule.
  8. Participate in on-call duties on a rotating shift basis, as we operate a 24/7 line.
  9. Be flexible with your hours to meet business needs.
What do you need to be successful?

Your success will depend on:

  1. A genuine passion for recruitment.
  2. Proven sales experience with a track record of success.
  3. Sound financial, commercial, and business acumen.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience in transport, logistics, or driving sectors is not necessary, as full training on sector-specific legislation will be provided.
