  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the office environment and workplace experience.

Business Operations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Compliance teams.
  • Lead operational projects and support office audits and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve office technology issues efficiently.
  • Take ownership of operational challenges, ensuring swift, professional resolution.
  • Provide flexible administrative support to meet evolving business priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to support operational needs, including coordinating logistics for partner days, customer meetings, catering requirements, and preparation of printed collateral.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Act as the trusted internal point of contact for the UK team, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate logistics for collaboration days, catering, and onsite events.

  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated success in Office Management, Operations, or Workplace Coordination.
  • Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Autonomy & Prioritization: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing demands independently.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.
