Salary: SLP Grade 3 (scp 9-13) £24,817 - £26,465 pa (reflects actual salary)
Required for September 2025, Bloemfontein Primary School is seeking to appoint an efficient and effective Office Manager to join our bustling and popular school, which sits at the heart of our community.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with teachers and support staff to provide proficient administrative support, facilitating the day-to-day running of a busy school office.
Previous experience in an administrative role within a school is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
As the first point of contact for the Headteacher and the wider school community, you should have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be able to develop positive relationships with children and parents/carers.
Applicants should be strong administrators, familiar with Microsoft Office, and possess proven time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of school safeguarding procedures is essential.
