An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Social Care and Health Executive Office as Executive Assistant.
You will provide a high-quality and efficient executive support service to the Deputy Chief Executive/Corporate Director of Adult Care and Health and Directors within the service. You will work at the centre of a busy directorate, helping senior leaders manage competing priorities and ensuring that key activities, meetings, correspondence and actions are effectively coordinated.
The role also includes managing and supporting a small team of Personal Assistants, an Apprentice and Business Support colleagues within the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate. You will help allocate duties and priorities and support recruitment, training, development, attendance and other employee matters within the team.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and professional individual who can work effectively in a pressured and time-sensitive environment.
Experience of supervising or coordinating the work of colleagues, organising complex meetings or events, and producing minutes, reports, agendas and presentations would support success in this role.
