Working as part of the HR team, you will be playing a key role in supporting colleagues, culture, and employee experience, whilst also being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
This is a varied role, suitable for someone with strong customer management experience.
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, customers, suppliers and colleagues, and create a welcoming experience.
Ensure workplace spaces reflect company culture and values.
Manage meeting room bookings, equipment and room readiness.
Ensure office supplies, refreshments and workplace resources are maintained.
Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers.
Support workplace health and safety processes and reporting requirements.
Coordinate workplace communications and office information updates.
Manage supplier relationships and purchase requests as required.
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops and company events.
Ensure meeting and event spaces are prepared to a high standard.
Organise catering, hospitality and visitor arrangements.
Working closely with the HR team to support colleague engagement initiatives Assisting with the coordination of onboarding for new starters
Experience in reception, office management, hospitality, workplace services or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong organisational and administrative capability.
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
