Job Description: Event Sales, Groups and Reservations Office Manager at Liverpool

Join our family at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery, Liverpool's first 5-star hotel opened in May 2023. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Event Sales, Groups, and Reservations Office Manager to lead our sales team and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage and coordinate sales activities, including event bookings, group reservations, and corporate clients.
  • Utilize systems like Opera Cloud and TARS to manage reservations and sales data.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from rooms, events, and F&B services.
  • Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to identify market trends and promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality client relationships and facilitate site inspections and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and pride in representing the MGallery brand.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with reservation and event management systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and contribute to commercial strategies.
  • EU work permit required.
