Job summary

Crest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Manager for our client, a privately owned regional housebuilder, based in Chippenham. You will oversee day-to-day operations, administration, facilities coordination, and business support, working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team.

You will bring progressive admin experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills to ensure smooth operations, confidentiality, and efficient multitasking in a fast-paced

Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in an administrative capacity, including supporting boards of directors, and senior executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting, editing and proofreading
  • Intermediate knowledge of business systems and software; adept at learning new software & systems and adapting them to business case use

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
  • Coordinate administration, facilities, and business support alongside the MD and leadership team.
  • Manage priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support board and senior executives as needed

The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring day to day operations management runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is varied and combines office management, administration, facilities coordination and business support working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
