Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is looking for a Floor Host to support employees on a prestigious Canary Wharf site, managing meeting rooms and refreshment points, and serving as the friendly face on the floor.

This is a full-time, permanent role with 40 hours per week, 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and a salary of £33,305 per year. The package includes exclusive travel and grocery discounts, life assurance, pension, wellness programs, and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Being a main point of contact for key stakeholders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them.
• Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order.
• Keeping refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors in perfect order.
• Gathering and reviewing data regarding room utilisation and peak time periods.
• Helping other service lines when required.
• Ensuring company H&S policies are adhered to and being part of first aid & fire warden teams.
