Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Floor Host to join our team at a prestigious client site near Canary Wharf. You will be the go-to person on the floor, managing meeting rooms and refreshment points, while providing friendly support to employees.

This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week (8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £33,305 per annum. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, handle guest requests promptly, and ensure spaces are clean and

• Being a main point of contact for key stake holders on the office floor and building strong relationships with them.
• Proactively dealing with guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally.
• Making sure meeting rooms are impeccable, and equipment is in working order.
• Making sure refreshment centres, print hubs and general maintenance on floors are in perfect order.
• Gathering and reviewing data regarding room utilisation and peak time periods
• Helping other service lines when required.
• Making sure company H&S policies are adhered to and be part of first aid & fire warden first responder teams.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday - Friday)

Salary: £33,305 per annum
