Scan Computers, based near Horwich, is seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Manager to oversee daily office operations and safety compliance. You’ll coordinate maintenance, manage suppliers, and ensure a high standard of facilities across the Bolton HQ.

This full-time role requires proactive ownership and strong coordination with HR, IT, and finance teams. The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and capable of driving cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Experience in office management, facilities management or a similar operational role.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with suppliers, contractors and colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of Scan's offices and workplace facilities.
• Ensure office areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard.
• Act as a central point of contact for office and facilities-related queries.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and planned works with internal teams and external contractors.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring good service and value.
• Coordinate cleaning, waste management and other facilities services.
• Support health and safety processes, inspections and workplace compliance.
• Maintain accurate records for contractors, servicing, inspections and facilities activities.
• Coordinate meeting room and workplace requirements for internal and external meetings.
• Support company events, employee activities and visitors when required.
