OFFICE COORDINATOR

Job Description:

Mindhouse Productions is seeking an Office Coordinator for a full-time, long-term position in the TV industry. This role is suitable for someone with experience at the coordinator level who is organized, articulate, proactive, and enjoys variety. It is not an entry-level role but offers stability for those looking to move away from freelance work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Diary management for senior staff.
  2. General office management such as IT queries, stationery orders, managing office seating, handling external post, filing, photocopying, and archiving.
  3. Preparing and submitting expenses.
  4. Updating the company website.
  5. Submitting productions for awards.
  6. Onboarding new staff.
  7. Organizing and distributing drives, equipment, and laptops.
  8. Coordinating travel logistics for events and shoots.
  9. Managing development rushes.
  10. Providing ad hoc support to production teams and during shoots.
  11. Setting up IT accounts and conducting inductions.
  12. Organizing social events.
  13. Serving as a central point of contact for staff.
  14. Handling confidential information daily.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in office and diary management.
Additional Details:

The position is based in Soho, London, working 0930-1800, five days a week. Salary depends on experience. The role includes a probation period, with a view to long-term employment.
