About you:
Our exciting leading children’s food & lifestyle brand has an exciting opportunity for a highly organized & adaptable Operations & Office Coordinator to join its fast-paced and dynamic business.

The ideal candidate has a natural ability to juggle a varied workload and will enjoy supporting different aspects of the company and brand, including Marketing, Digital, Social, Logistics, Finance & Sales. You will be self-motivated, reliable, and love collaborating with an energetic and hardworking team.

About the role:

Operations (40%-50%)

Operations Overview:

  • Processing and logging all UK orders, liaising with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Matching proof of deliveries for all orders, following up on delays.
  • Authorising incoming invoices, ensuring correct billing for stock and logistics, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Transferring Chep pallets weekly.

Admin (50-60%)

Office Management & Coordination

  • Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining supplies, answering phones, arranging transportation, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Liaising with utility/IT providers and arranging maintenance.

Customer Service

  • Managing Zendesk: filtering and responding to tickets from email, website, and social media (queries, partnerships, sales).
  • Processing product complaints and liaising with manufacturers.
  • Logging complaints monthly and reporting trends to the team.

HR Admin

  • Updating attendance and holiday logs.
  • Maintaining employee and asset records.
