Job summary

Cherry Professional is partnering with a growing Derbyshire-based business to recruit a Project Transformation Coordinator. This fully office-based role in Long Eaton will coordinate multiple transformation projects, from planning through to delivery, supporting CRM and ERP implementations and driving measurable business improvements.

You will analyse data, map processes, and create reports and dashboards for stakeholders, while collaborating with senior leadership to deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with 1-2 years' experience in a project, business improvement, operations, risk, audit, transformation or analytical role.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with a fact-based approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels of the business.
• Proactive, delivery-focused and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• A confident individual who can challenge appropriately whilst remaining collaborative.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other company sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across the business.
• Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.
• Support major business transformation initiatives, including CRM and future ERP implementations.
• Analyse business data and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Review, map and improve business processes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables.
• Produce reports, dashboards and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the organisation.
• Ensure projects remain focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
