- Graduate calibre with 1-2 years' experience in project, business improvement, operations, risk, audit, transformation or analytical role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical approach to decision making with data.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Proactive, delivery-focused and collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across the business.
- Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.
- Support CRM and ERP implementations and other transformation initiatives.
- Analyse business data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review and map business processes for efficiency gains.
- Monitor progress, risks, actions and deliverables.
- Produce reports, dashboards and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice.
