Job summary

Calbarrie Compliance Services Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the sales team and maintain accurate customer records. The role involves following up quotations, handling enquiries, and building lasting relationships with existing customers.

The position is office-based, working 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a focus on delivering excellent service and contributing to repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, sales administration or similar office-based role.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries.
• Make proactive calls to existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with sales administration, including processing orders.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Work closely with the sales team to maintain accurate customer information.
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
