Job summary

Talent Sure Recruitment Limited, on behalf of a Dorset-based specialist distributor, is seeking an Internal Sales & Account Manager to join a close-knit team in Wimborne. This full-time, office-based role focuses on nurturing existing B2B accounts, handling inbound orders, and following up quotes to convert opportunities.

You will engage in outbound calls, identify client needs, and cross-sell services while coordinating with suppliers and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Telephone-based or office-based B2B sales/account management experience.
• Able to make outbound calls and follow up opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account development: nurture relationships with key corporate clients.
