Your new role

You will be responsible for general management administration for the CEO, including arranging daily schedules, travel arrangements, and itineraries for business trips. You will organise agendas for regular board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions and deadlines. Your duties will also include drafting legal documents, reviewing new contracts, maintaining the contract database, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices. Additionally, you will manage and maintain all current and future contracts related to the facilities of premises, including general buildings, cleaning, and additional services. This position is part-time, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll need to succeed

You should have previous administration experience supporting a senior leadership team, with strong attention to detail. Experience working on complex topics and high proficiency in MS Office applications are essential.

What you’ll get in return

You will receive a permanent position with an annual salary of £27,000 for 30 hours per week. There is flexibility in start and finish times, along with an attractive benefits package.
