West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) are looking for a confident and proactive person to join the Property Services team as a Facilities Officer.
This role will cover WNC’s corporate properties including One Angel Square and County Hall, with the majority of time being spent at One Angel Square.
You will need to be enthusiastic, people focused and happy to work on your own initiative with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. You will work within a close knit team of 4, who work together to ensure the Corporate Buildings are maintained and operate safely and effectively.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
Main responsibilities/duties include:
The role will be working 37 hours a week, Monday - Thurs 10am-6pm & Fri 10am - 5.30pm with very occasional out of hours work.
