Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy and purpose-led organisation?
We are recruiting for an Office and Engagement Coordinator to join a growing charity in Egham dedicated to bringing hope to the lives of children, young people and families.
This is a varied, people-focused position where you'll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting fundraising activity, donors, partnerships and the wider team. You'll often be one of the first people supporters, partners and visitors speak to, so we're looking for someone who is naturally warm, welcoming and professional.
It would suit someone who enjoys variety and likes being the person others can rely on - whether that means organising a meeting, preparing documents, responding to an enquiry, supporting fundraising administration or simply spotting something that needs doing and taking ownership of it.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, your responsibilities will include:

You'll become a central part of a close-knit organisation where your work will support the relationships, fundraising and partnerships that ultimately help make a difference to young people's lives.
If you're an organised and caring person who enjoys helping others, building relationships and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
