We are seeking a Office Administrator - Specialistto join our team at Epsom and Ewell High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Details

Position:Office Administrator - Specialist (Admissions & Sixth Form Administrator)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-4, 42 weeks per year

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide effective specialist support in your designated area
  • Research and analyse data and information appropriate and relevant to your current specialism
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations based on your findings
  • Liaise and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of your current specialist area of responsibility
Essential requirements include:
  • An awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
