Job summary

Meadow Primary School is seeking an Office Administrator (Generalist) to join our team. Based at Meadow Primary School, the role may involve working at the neighbouring Nonsuch Primary School.

This part-time, fixed-term position runs 35 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 8:15am to 3:45pm. You will provide administrative support to the School Business Manager and help maintain accurate records, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming school environment.

  • Provide effective administrative support to the School Business Manager and office team

Job title: Office Administrator (Generalist)

Location: This role will be based at Meadow Primary School but may incorporate working at the neighbouring school, Nonsuch Primary School

Contract: Part time, fixed term (The role would be initially ending on 31 August 2027 due to our reduction in PAN from this date and resulting changes in staffing structure)

Hours: 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Monday - Friday 8.15am to 3.45pm
