Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors to the school.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintaining pupil records and school databases.
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting.
  • Processing admissions and pupil information.
  • Assisting with school communications, newsletters and correspondence.
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Managing school bookings, appointments and calendars.
  • Processing orders, invoices and general financial administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies, safeguarding procedures and data protection requirements.

Office Administrator
Full Time | Term Time - 8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £14.25 - £15 per hour

The Role

As the first point of contact for the school, you will help create a positive and professional impression whilst ensuring the smooth running of the school office.

Key responsibilities will include:
