Job description

PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINSITRATOR, 2 DAYS PER WEEK

LOCATION: Twickenham

SALARY: £14.00 P.H.

HOURS: Monday and Friday – 9am to 5pm (30 mins lunch break)

RESIDENCY: YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 3 MILES RADUIS OR have an easy commute within 5 MILES (Driving is recommended)

Are you recently retired or semi-retired and looking for a relaxed, rewarding role to keep busy? Our friendly client is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to lend a hand with day-to-day admin tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving walk in customers at the front office counter with water softener salt
  • Answering customer calls and emails
  • Booking in appointments and jobs
  • Helping with the coordination of engineers and contractors
  • Keeping simple paperwork and records up to date
  • Helping with light invoicing or payments (no accounting experience needed)

This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, speaking with customers, and helping things run smoothly in the background. It’s not high pressure, just a steady, supportive role in a small, friendly team.

Requirements:

  • 5 years + previous admins or office experience
  • A helpful attitude and good communication skills
  • Basic computer confidence and skills (emails, calendars, etc.)
