Job Title: Office Administrator


Location: Sevenoaks


Pay: £13ph


Contract Details: Temp to Perm


Hours: 1pm - 5pm

Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional reception services and office administration.

  • Be the go-to person for all IT repair services-related queries.

  • Assist in managing IT-related items and activities.

  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets effectively.

  • Own and update the IT SharePoint page.

  • Ensure smooth administration of centrally procured equipment (e.g., mobile phones, laptops).



What We're Looking For:



  • Experience: 2+ years in a busy office environment.


Skills:



  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise duties.

Important Notes:



  • Due to the location of the office, a valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.
