Part-Time Administrator - Temporary Role | Southend | Up to 24 Hours/Week ?

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy team in Southend. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

? Location: Southend (Please note: the location is not easily accessible by public transport - a driver with access to a vehicle is preferred)

? Hours: Up to 24 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)

? Contract Type: Temporary

? Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
Assisting with scheduling and diary management
Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Driving licence and own transport preferred due to location
