We deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a large site in Hinkley Point C in Somerset UK. This is a full-time in-office position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Day-to-day organization of office functions, including time management and communication with clients regarding site attendance.
  2. Document Management: Creating, receiving, organizing, and maintaining project documents.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents, adhering to company standards.
  4. Security and Confidentiality: Safeguarding sensitive project information and controlling access.
  5. Filing and Organization: Structuring documents for easy access using electronic and physical filing systems.
  6. Distribution: Sending documents to relevant parties, including contractors and team members.
  7. Collaborating with documentation teams, including Autodesk specialists and CAD abilities.
  8. Assisting in the onboarding process for the site.

Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel.
  • Eligibility to pass a UK security check and work legally in the UK.
  • 4-5 years of relevant previous experience.
  • Previous full badge access to HPC site is advantageous.
  • Must possess a CSCS/CITB health and safety card.
