As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, highly organised, and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our Glasgow HQ team and help keep operations running smoothly.

Please note: This is a hybrid role. Applicants must be able to commute to our Glasgow office. While we welcome candidates from across the region, the ability to travel to Hillington Business Centre when required is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day operations and team communications. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Accurately entering and updating data
  • Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Supporting basic finance tasks using Xero
  • Typing correspondence and preparing reports
  • Handling calls and emails with professionalism
  • Scheduling jobs and meetings using Google Suite and Tradify
  • Assisting with internal team updates and communications

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Confidence using Xero, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A high level of accuracy in handling data and documents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with office management practices (preferred)
