Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting and working collaboratively with other departments
  • Handling invoicing and related administrative tasks
  • Booking goods or services in and out as required
  • Speaking with customers, providing helpful and courteous service

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Warm and engaging phone presence
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
